Sugarcane molasses/ Molasses is extracted from sugarcane after harvesting, leaves are removed. Sugar cane is crushed or shredded and pressed. Boil water to concentrate, until sugar crystals are formed. The sugar crystals were separated and the molasses continued to be her. After about 3 times concentration, it is almost impossible to create more sugar crystals by conventional methods, the remaining liquid is molasses.
